About the project
Sky Perth proudly partnered with Austal Ships to document the sea trials and endurance test of the Sentinel, an advanced autonomous vessel. Our team captured every crucial moment of this groundbreaking project, from stunning aerial footage to detailed ground-level coverage.
Over several days, Sky Perth documented the Sentinel’s operations along the Western Australian coastline, highlighting the ship’s navigation, communication, and mechanical systems. We also conducted interviews with key personnel from Austal Ships, Greenroom Robotics, and Trusted Autonomous Systems, providing insight into the cutting-edge autonomy systems in use.
